Ensure an easy and tasty meal with this homemade chicken burger recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • 1/2 onion

  • Black pepper to taste

  • garlic powder to taste

  • chives to taste

  • coriander to taste

  • paprika to taste

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the skinless chicken breast into small cubes, chop the onion and place both in a food processor or blender.
  • Add the chopped chives, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, coriander and beat until the mixture is pasty.
  • Transfer the dough to a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix very well to homogenize. 
    Grease your hands with olive oil and shape the burgers.
  • Place them on a tray lined with plastic wrap, cover with plastic wrap in contact with the burgers and leave them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Place plastic wrap over the burgers and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the plastic around the burgers to pack them individually and they are ready to bake or fry, or be frozen for up to 3 months.
