Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1/2 onion
Black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
chives to taste
coriander to taste
paprika to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the skinless chicken breast into small cubes, chop the onion and place both in a food processor or blender.
- Add the chopped chives, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, coriander and beat until the mixture is pasty.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix very well to homogenize.Â
Grease your hands with olive oil and shape the burgers. - Place them on a tray lined with plastic wrap, cover with plastic wrap in contact with the burgers and leave them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Place plastic wrap over the burgers and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Cut the plastic around the burgers to pack them individually and they are ready to bake or fry, or be frozen for up to 3 months.
