Guarantee a tasty surprise for everyone with these ground beef dumplings!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 1 small grated carrot

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/2 grated onion

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil or oil to taste

  • Green smell to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Frying oil

Directions

  • Add the ground beef, the grated carrot and onion, the crushed garlic, the egg, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, the chopped green smell and the black pepper to taste.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous and creamy dough.
  • Model the dumplings with portions of the dough in the shape and size of your preference (pass water or oil on your hands if it sticks).
  • In a skillet with preheated oil over low to medium heat, fry the dumplings on both sides until golden brown.
  • Remove the ground beef dumplings, transfer them to a platter or plate and they are ready to serve.
