Ingredients
300 grams of ground beef
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 minced garlic clove
1 small grated carrot
1 whole egg
1/2 grated onion
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil or oil to taste
Green smell to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Add the ground beef, the grated carrot and onion, the crushed garlic, the egg, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, the chopped green smell and the black pepper to taste.
- Add the breadcrumbs and mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous and creamy dough.
- Model the dumplings with portions of the dough in the shape and size of your preference (pass water or oil on your hands if it sticks).
- In a skillet with preheated oil over low to medium heat, fry the dumplings on both sides until golden brown.
- Remove the ground beef dumplings, transfer them to a platter or plate and they are ready to serve.
