Prepare a dish that everyone will love with this ground beef with potato and bacon cake!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ground duckling (or other meat of your choice)

  • 600 grams of potatoes

  • 1/2 tomato chopped tomato

  • 1/4 chopped bell pepper

  • Sliced ​​bacon to taste

  • Green smell to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Ketchup to taste

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 minced garlic

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes, cook with water and salt until soft and set aside.
  • In a bowl add the ground beef with the green smell, the onion, the peppers, the garlic and the chopped tomato.
  • Season the meat with pepper and salt to taste and mix well. 
    Add the boiled and mashed potato and mix again.
  • Place the meat in a greased refractory and shape it into a rectangular shape to form the cake.
  • Add some ketchup on top and then place the bacon slices.
  • Cover the refractory with aluminum foil and take the cake to the preheated oven at 200º to bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil, return meatloaf to oven to bake for another 40 minutes or until golden and ready to serve.
