The green corn brigadeiro is the perfect combination between a traditional sweet and the flavor of the June festival!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of drained sweet corn (170g)

  • 50g of finely grated white coconut to finish

Directions

  • Blend the cream with the drained corn in a blender until well crushed.
  • Sieve the mixture into a pan with a strainer and discard the corn husks.
  • Add the condensed milk and stir constantly over low heat until it comes away from the lumps.
  • Transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely.
  • Roll the brigadeiros, roll them in grated coconut and the sweets are ready.
