Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
240 ml of milk
120 ml of oil
Directions
- Using a mixer, mixer or wire whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar very well.
- Add the oil, milk, salt, vanilla essence and beat again very well.
- Place the wheat flour, baking powder and mix with a spoon until the dough is homogenized.
- Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter or margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake the vanilla cake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢, take it out of the mold after it has cooled down and it can be served.
