Easy Fish Moqueca

Ingredients
800g hake
3 garlic cloves
2 and 1/2 onion
4 tomatoes
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 glass coconut milk
1 lemon juice
1/3 cup (tea) olive oil
1 tablespoon palm oil
smell-green to taste
coriander to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Book in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables.
- In a pan, with the fire turned off, make a layer of onion, followed by the tomato and half of the fish.
- On top of the fish, place the peppers, a little onion and tomato.
- Place the rest of the fish and cover with the rest of the onion and tomato.
- Drizzle with fish seasoning, coconut milk, olive oil, palm oil and season with salt.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- After that time, correct the seasonings, add the green smell and coriander. Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Now just serve!
