Ingredients

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Oil or butter to grease the pan

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix the wheat flour and eggs.
  • Add the milk little by little, stirring continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.
  • Add the water and continue stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Add the melted butter and salt to the dough, mixing well.
  • Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. This helps to obtain softer crepes.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease it with oil or butter.
  • Pour a small ladleful of batter into the hot skillet, tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
  • Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
  • Serve the crepes with the filling of your choice, such as fresh fruit, hazelnut cream, jam, cheese, ham, etc.
