This creamy traditional brigadeiro recipe results in an irresistible sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 60 grams of chocolate powder 50% cocoa

  • 1 small box of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • Granulated to taste

Directions

  • In a pan still off the heat, mix the chocolate powder with the condensed milk well.
  • Turn on the heat, add the cream and stir constantly until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  • Place the candy on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • Roll up the brigadeiros, coat them in sprinkles, place them in molds if you prefer and they’re ready.
