75 grams of butter (3 tablespoons)
150 grams of mozzarella cheese
200 grams of eggs (4 large eggs)
240 grams of sugar (1 and 1/2 cup)
240 grams of whole milk (240 ml)
600 grams of raw cassava (7 servings)
Cornstarch for greasing the pan (optional)
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, the raw cassava chopped into cubes or grated, the whole milk, the sugar, the butter and beat well.
- Add the grated or chopped mozzarella cheese and beat again until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Place the dough in a buttered baking dish sprinkled with cornstarch.
- In a preheated oven at 180º₢, bake the cake for approximately 50 minutes.
