Ingredients
1 kg of meat (soft drumstick, duckling or other meat of your choice)
2 large onions, cut into rings
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, skinned and seeded, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green olives, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green chives (parsley and chives)
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of meat broth
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides.
- Add the garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, olives and green chilli.
- Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add the beef broth, red wine and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover the pressure cooker and cook for approximately 40 minutes after reaching pressure, until the meat is very tender.
- After cooking, remove the meat from the pan and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded meat to the pan with the sauce and seasonings.
- Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens and the flavors blend.
- Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the crazy meat hot, accompanied by bread, as a sandwich.
