Ingredients

  • 1 kg of meat (soft drumstick, duckling or other meat of your choice)

  • 2 large onions, cut into rings

  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, skinned and seeded, chopped

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped

  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped green chives (parsley and chives)

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 1 cup of meat broth

  • 1/2 cup dry red wine

  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides.
  • Add the garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, olives and green chilli.
  • Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the beef broth, red wine and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cover the pressure cooker and cook for approximately 40 minutes after reaching pressure, until the meat is very tender.
  • After cooking, remove the meat from the pan and shred it using two forks.
  • Return the shredded meat to the pan with the sauce and seasonings.
  • Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens and the flavors blend.
  • Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve the crazy meat hot, accompanied by bread, as a sandwich.
