There are few ingredients and it’s easy to make your Butter Corn!


  • 4 fresh ears of corn

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Peel the corn cobs and remove the hairs.
  • Trim the ends of the cobs so they are straight.
  • Place the cobs in a large pot and cover with water.
  • Place the pan over high heat and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and cook the cobs for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the kernels are tender.
  • While the cobs are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • When the cobs are ready, remove them from the pan with tongs and place them on a plate.
  • Brush the cobs with the melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve it hot.
