Ingredients

  • 1 condensed milk

  • 3 gems

  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch

  • Half a box of cream

  • 500 ml whole milk

Directions

  • In a pan add 1 condensed milk;
  • Add 3 yolks;
  • Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch;
  • Add half a box of cream milk;
  • Add 500ml of whole milk;
  • Mix well and lead to fire until thickening;
  • Your pastry cream is ready!
