An easy and delicious dessert like this chocolate pudding sometimes saves the day!

Ingredients

  • 350 ml of milk

  • 150 ml of water

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 cup (250ml) cocoa powder

  • 2 unflavored gelatins (12 grams each)

  • Chocolate shavings to decorate

Directions

  • Place the milk, chocolate powder, cream and condensed milk in the blender, cover and beat for 3 minutes.
  • Mix the jellies with the water, wait for it to hydrate and take it to the microwave for 1 minute so that it melts.
  • Add the gelatin with the other ingredients in the blender and beat for another 2 minutes.
  • Grease a baking dish with a little oil and then add all the pudding mixture.
  • Cover the pudding, take it to the fridge and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, until it hardens completely.
  • Develop the dessert, decorate with chocolate shavings on top and the chocolate pudding can now be served.
