For your blender chocolate cake to be fluffy and delicious, use the ingredients indicated below and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round pan with butter and wheat flour.
  • In a blender, add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla essence. 
    Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt. 
    Mix well.
  • With the blender at low speed, add the mixture of dry ingredients little by little and blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  • Pour the dough into the previously greased pan.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for around 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes. 
    Then, unmold it and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • The blender chocolate cake is ready to be served.
  • You can decorate it with powdered sugar, chocolate icing, chocolate shavings or as per your preference.
