Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round pan with butter and wheat flour.
- In a blender, add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla essence.
Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture. - In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix well. - With the blender at low speed, add the mixture of dry ingredients little by little and blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Pour the dough into the previously greased pan.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for around 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes.
Then, unmold it and let it cool completely on a wire rack. - The blender chocolate cake is ready to be served.
- You can decorate it with powdered sugar, chocolate icing, chocolate shavings or as per your preference.
