Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
2 cups (tea) of carrots (240 grams)
1 cup and 1/2 (tea) sugar
1 cup (tea) oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 full tablespoons of chocolate milk
1 small box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
Directions
- Add the eggs, peeled and sliced carrots, sugar, oil to the blender and beat well.
- Transfer to a container and add the sifted wheat flour.
Stir well, add the yeast and stir more to homogenize. - Place the dough in a pan greased with butter or margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake the cake for around 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 180º₢ and then let it cool at room temperature.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, cream, chocolate milk and mix well.
Place over medium heat and stir until it reaches brigadeiro consistency. - Unmold the cake, add the chocolate frosting on top and it is ready to be served.
