Ingredients
12 fresh strawberries
300g milk chocolate
100g of white chocolate
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Wash and dry the strawberries well.
Reserve. - Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, taking care not to burn it.
Add the butter and mix until it melts completely. - Put a little melted chocolate in each candy mold, spreading it out with a spoon to cover the bottom and sides well.
- Place a strawberry in each candy mold, point-side up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Add the cream and mix until you get a homogeneous cream. - Place the white chocolate cream over the strawberries, filling the candy molds.
- Cover the strawberries with the rest of the melted milk chocolate, completely covering the candies.
- Take the molds to the fridge for about 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm.
- Unmould the bonbons carefully and serve.
