Butter Seasoned with Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
100 grams unsalted butter
1 thread of olive oil
1 head of garlic
parsley to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- Cut and discard the top of the head of garlic, place it on top of a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle with a little olive oil and roll it up completely.
- Place the wrapped garlic in a baking dish, bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 30 minutes and unwrap after cooling down.
- Transfer the head of garlic to a container (squeeze the head of garlic so the cloves come out easily).
- Add the butter at room temperature, the chopped parsley and salt to taste.
Mash with a fork until the garlic is finely minced and stir to combine. - Transfer the seasoned butter to plastic wrap and wrap it like a bonbon, rolling it up carefully so it doesn’t spill over the sides.
- Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour and the butter seasoned with roasted garlic is ready to serve.
