3 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
4 ripe bananas, cut into slices
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup wheat flour
3 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add the butter and eggs to the dry mixture and mix well until it forms a dough with the texture of crumbs.
- Add the milk little by little, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- In another bowl, mix the banana slices with the sugar and cinnamon powder, forming the filling.
- In a greased rectangular pan, place half the dough, spreading it evenly.
- Spread the banana filling over the dough.
- Cover the filling with the rest of the dough.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, wheat flour, butter and cinnamon powder, forming the crumbs.
- Spread the flour over the dough, covering the entire surface.
- Place the cuca in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
