Check out the way to prepare your dream to look just like the bakery ones. 
Use these ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 500g wheat flour

  • 30g fresh yeast

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 ml of warm milk

  • 50g butter at room temperature

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Frying oil

  • Icing sugar for sprinkling

Directions

  • In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. 
    Let it rest for about 5 minutes, until the mixture starts to foam.
  • In a large bowl, place the sifted wheat flour and make a cavity in the center.
  • Add the eggs, butter and salt into the cavity.
  • Pour the yeast and sugar mixture into the center of the cavity with the other ingredients. 
    Mix everything with a wooden spoon or with your hands, until it forms a homogeneous mass.
  • Transfer the dough to a smooth, floured surface. 
    Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it is soft and elastic.
  • Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
  • After resting, sprinkle flour on the work surface and open the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of approximately 1 cm.
  • With a round cutter or a glass, cut circles of dough. 
    Make a small cut in the center of each circle to form the dream shape.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan. 
    When hot, fry the donuts in small portions, turning them to brown on both sides. 
    Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  • Repeat the process until all the dough is fried.
  • Sprinkle icing sugar over the fried donuts and serve while they are hot.
