1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1 cup of milk (can be almond milk or other plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Ice to taste
Directions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin.
- Cut the banana into pieces.
- Place the avocado, banana, milk and honey in a blender.
- Beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add ice to taste and blend again until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
