The agreement between the team and the company aims to expand product distribution and e-commerce

Juventus, an Italian football club, announced this 2Thursday (June 24, 2024) a new partnership with Fanatics, a global merchandising sports and e-commerce. The agreement will last until the end of the 2034/2035 season and is considered one of the most extensive in this sector. Financial details have not been officially disclosed.

Under this agreement, the company will be responsible for providing services to the Italian Serie A club, including e-commerce and managing all aspects related to the club’s merchandise on a global scale. The partnership will be coordinated from Fanatics’ Italian headquarters.

Francesco Calvo, Managing Director of Revenue and Football Development at Juventus, said: “We are proud to partner with a global leader like Fanatics to develop such a strategic and essential aspect of our business.

“This partnership will allow us to get closer to our fans globally, thanks to the worldwide distribution and new investments that Fanatics will make together with Juventus to expand our business and offer a truly global range of products to our supporters,” declared Francesco.

Stephen Dowling, International President of Fanatics, said: “This new partnership is one of the most ambitious we have ever established with an individual club. It is a testament to Juventus’ progressive and visionary mindset that we have reached such a comprehensive and innovative agreement.” said Dowling.

Fanatics has partnerships with other sports organizations, teams and leagues, including several European football clubs. In May, the company closed the licensing rights to the Premier League, England’s main football tournament.

Furthermore, Fanatics already collaborates with AC Milan, in a partnership focused on e-commerce, signed in April 2023.
