Ingredients
250 ml of water
1 cup (tea) sugar
395 grams of condensed milk
300 grams of dehydrated coconut flakes
Directions
- In a pan add water, sugar and bring to a boil.
- Stir well and wait for the water to boil and the mixture to thicken.
- Add the dehydrated coconut flakes and stir well.
- Add the condensed milk and continue mixing well until it is incorporated.
- Shape the coconuts with 2 spoons and place in a greased pan.
- Wait for them to harden and the homemade cocadas are ready to serve.
