90g sugar (half crystal and half brown)
Half lemon juice
45g unsalted butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

300g of white flour

60g of ice water
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
- Peel the apple;
- Remove the seeds;
- Chop the apples;
