For your Mini Apple Pie to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the preparation instructions.


  • 3 apples of your choice

  • 90g sugar (half crystal and half brown)

  • Half lemon juice

  • 45g unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • Nutmeg to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

  • 300g of white flour

  • 240g chilled unsalted butter

  • 60g of ice water

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar


  • Peel the apple;
  • Remove the seeds;
  • Chop the apples;
  • In a frying pan on the fire, add the butter;
  • Add sugar, lemon and a little cinnamon;
  • Cook for 15 minutes;
  • Add starch;
  • In a bowl, add wheat flour;
  • Add sugar and chilled butter;
  • Mix well;
  • Break the butter into very small pieces;
  • Add water;
  • Open the dough and cut with a mold;
  • Let it rest for 30 seconds in the fridge;
  • Stuff;
  • Add dough on top cut into strips;
  • Trim the edges;
  • Gem brush over it;
  • Add sugar;
  • Take to the oven at 210 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden;
  • Your mini apple pie is ready!
