Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
2 cups (tea) of sugar
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, sugar and coconut milk to the blender. Cover and blend well.
- Mix the wheat flour with the yeast in a bowl. Add the mixture from the blender.
- Stir until the dough is smooth and pour it into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
- After cooling, unmold the coconut milk cake if you prefer and it is ready to eat.
