Coconut Milk Cake.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Add the eggs, oil, sugar and coconut milk to the blender. Cover and blend well.
  • Mix the wheat flour with the yeast in a bowl. Add the mixture from the blender.
  • Stir until the dough is smooth and pour it into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
  • After cooling, unmold the coconut milk cake if you prefer and it is ready to eat.
