Ingredients
5 bananas
3 eggs
1 apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 cup oats (fine flakes)
1 cup whole wheat flour (tea)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup (tea) of milk
1/4 cup (tea) brown sugar
Icing sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- In the blender add the milk, eggs, melted butter, 3 sliced bananas and beat well.
- Place the oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, yeast and mix well in a bowl.
- Add the creamy mixture from the blender and stir until the dough is homogenized.
- Add the diced apple and 2 sliced bananas to the dough and mix until smooth.
- Grease a mold with butter and flour, pour in all the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool and unfold.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top and the whole apple and banana cake is ready.
