Use the ingredients mentioned below and follow the instructions on how to prepare your Rice Cake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Frying oil

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped onion, chopped garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Put a pan of oil on the fire and let it heat up.
  • Meanwhile, with the help of a spoon, make balls with the rice dough.
  • When the oil is hot, put the rice balls to fry.
  • Fry until the dumplings are golden and crispy.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
