Rice Cake with Leftover Rice in the Fridge

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice
1/2 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
Salt and black pepper to taste
Frying oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped onion, chopped garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Put a pan of oil on the fire and let it heat up.
- Meanwhile, with the help of a spoon, make balls with the rice dough.
- When the oil is hot, put the rice balls to fry.
- Fry until the dumplings are golden and crispy.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
