Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg of ground meat

  • 2 medium chopped onions

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup chopped green chives

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 package of ready-made dough

  • Wheat flour for sprinkling the countertop

  • 1 Beaten egg for brushing

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onions, tomatoes and green smell.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Open the esfirra dough on a bench sprinkled with wheat flour.
  • Cut the dough into circles with a cutter or a glass.
  • Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle of dough.
  • Close the esfirras, pulling the edges of the dough towards the center and pressing with your fingers to seal well.
  • Place the esfirras in a greased baking dish and brush with the beaten egg.
  • Take the sphirras to the preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
