This very tasty homemade soft dough bread is made with simple ingredients and doesn’t need to be kneaded!

Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 grams of biological yeast
120 ml of vegetable oil
240 ml of warm water
240 ml warm milk
Egg yolk for brushing (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, place warm water, warm milk, oil, sugar, butter, salt, yeast and mix well.
- Beat the eggs and add to the mixture.
Stir the ingredients and add the flour little by little without stopping stirring until the dough is smooth and soft. - Grease a baking dish with oil and place portions of the dough next to each other with certain spacing using a spoon.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Remove the plastic and brush the egg yolk (optional) on the surface of the entire dough. - Take it to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and let the bread bake for about 40 minutes or until golden and the toothpick comes out dry when skewered.
- Wait for the bread to cool down a bit, cut it into pieces following the lines of the dough or the way you prefer and the homemade bread can now be served.
