This very tasty homemade soft dough bread is made with simple ingredients and doesn’t need to be kneaded!

Get your favorite butter or jam to make this homemade bread even tastier!


  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 10 grams of biological yeast

  • 120 ml of vegetable oil

  • 240 ml of warm water

  • 240 ml warm milk

  • Egg yolk for brushing (optional)


  • In a bowl, place warm water, warm milk, oil, sugar, butter, salt, yeast and mix well.
  • Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. 
    Stir the ingredients and add the flour little by little without stopping stirring until the dough is smooth and soft.
  • Grease a baking dish with oil and place portions of the dough next to each other with certain spacing using a spoon.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes. 
    Remove the plastic and brush the egg yolk (optional) on the surface of the entire dough.
  • Take it to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and let the bread bake for about 40 minutes or until golden and the toothpick comes out dry when skewered.
  • Wait for the bread to cool down a bit, cut it into pieces following the lines of the dough or the way you prefer and the homemade bread can now be served.
