2 tablespoons of oil
4 tablespoons wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons grated carrot

- Crack the egg into a mug big enough for the cake to rise without overflowing.
Beat with a fork until smooth. - Add sugar and mix well.
- Then add the oil and mix until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda and baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
- Add the grated carrot and mix again.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds on high power.
