1 liter fresh cream, well chilled
5 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
- Combine the fresh cream and sugar in a mixer and beat on maximum speed for 1 minute.
- Reduce to medium speed and keep hitting until the mixture is very consistent to the point that it doesn’t fall off the spoon.
- Turn off the mixer, transfer the cream to a container with a lid that can go in the fridge and the whipped cream is ready to be used in various desserts.
