Instead of buying whipped cream on the market, try making this recipe for homemade whipped cream and be surprised at how easy it is!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter fresh cream, well chilled

  • 5 tablespoons of sugar

Directions

  • Combine the fresh cream and sugar in a mixer and beat on maximum speed for 1 minute.
  • Reduce to medium speed and keep hitting until the mixture is very consistent to the point that it doesn’t fall off the spoon.
  • Turn off the mixer, transfer the cream to a container with a lid that can go in the fridge and the whipped cream is ready to be used in various desserts.
