There’s nothing better than a manioc flour biscuit for breakfast.
Ingredients
500gr of sour starch
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
1 cup of oil
1 egg
1 tablespoon of salt
Directions
- Scald the starch with boiling water.
- With your fingertips mix well until the starch absorbs all the liquid, forming a fine farofa.
- Add the milk, oil, egg and salt and mix well.
- Knead until you get a smooth dough, pour the dough into a pastry bag, or use the sprinkle bag.
- In a baking dish model the cookies, it is not necessary to grease the mold.
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- This is my grandma’s old recipe, and it was a huge success at home.
