Representative Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) asked billionaire Elon Musk to return to “look at Brazil” after becoming a defendant in an action at the STF (Supreme Federal Court). In April, the owner of X (former Twitter) criticized STF (Supreme Federal Court) minister Alexandre de Moraes for “aggressive censorship” dozens of times.
On Tuesday (May 21), the 1st Panel of the Supreme Court unanimously accepted the complaint presented by the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) against Zambelli and the “Vaza Jato” hacker, Walter Delgatti Neto. They are accused of breaking into judicial systems and committing ideological falsehoods. The objective would be to insert release warrants and arrest warrants against Moraes, forging his signature.
“Elon Musk, please look at Brazil again. You started a revolution against evil in Brazil, but after you stopped tweeting, all the processes started again.”, declared Zambelli on his profile on X this Friday (May 24, 2024). The deputy stated that she is suffering “persecution” e “living in hell”.
The STF ministers followed the vote of the rapporteur, Minister Alexandre de Moraes, who defended that the 2 become defendants for the crimes of hacking a computer device and ideological falsehood. Together, the maximum penalties can reach 6 years in prison, in addition to a fine.
