Ingredients
250 grams of noble white chocolate
40 grams of cream
60ml cognac
Iced sugar
Directions
- Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave every 30 seconds or in a bain-marie.
- Add the cream, brandy and stir until a creamy and uniform mixture is formed.
- Transfer to a container with a lid and leave in the refrigerator, preferably for 24 hours.
- Roll the truffles, then roll them in cold sugar, place them in molds if you prefer and they are ready.
