Ingredients
1 package of cornstarch biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 bar of milk chocolate
Tortuguita chocolates (quantity to taste)
Chocolate sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Directions
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and forms a cream. Set aside and let it cool.
- While the cream cools, chop the Tortuguita candies and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the cream with the cold cream and set aside.
- On a platter, make a layer of cornstarch cookies at the bottom.
- Cover the cookies with a layer of the prepared cream.
- Spread the Tortuguita candy pieces over the cream.
- Repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished, finishing with a layer of cream.
- Melt the milk chocolate bar in a bain-marie or in the microwave, whichever you prefer.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the last layer of cream, spreading it evenly.
- Decorate with more chopped Tortuguita candies and, if desired, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving so that the pavé becomes firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
