Ingredients
3 eggs
500ml of milk
50g grated coconut
1 glass of coconut milk
1 box of condensed milk
1 large sweet potato cooked and chopped
Caramelized syrup in quantity to taste
Directions
- Add the eggs, condensed milk, coconut milk, milk, cooked and chopped sweet potato and grated coconut to the blender.
- Cover the appliance, beat for 3 minutes and transfer the mixture to a baking tray with the caramelized syrup.
- Bake the pudding in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 50 minutes.
- Unmold after it has cooled, leave it in the fridge for a few hours if you prefer and the pudding is ready.
