Sweet corn cake with guava paste

Ingredients
3 whole eggs
200 grams of guava
100 ml of oil
25 grams of grated parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of mimoso cornmeal
1 cup whole milk (220 ml)
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
Directions
- In a container add the eggs, oil, whole milk and mix very well.
- Add the wheat flour, the mimoso cornmeal, the sugar and mix again very well.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder and stir to even out.
- Cut the guava paste into cubes and roll in a little wheat flour.
In a greased and infarcted shape, put some of the dough and the guava paste. - Add the rest of the dough and bake the cake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cake for another 5 minutes.
Unmold after cooling and the cornmeal cake with guava is ready.
