Ingredients
50gr Butter
50gr Sugar
200gr Dark Chocolate (+55%)
2 gems
10gr cornstarch
200gr Milk
6 whites
60gr Sugar
Directions
- Grease the ramekins/forminhas with butter and sprinkle with sugar;
- Take it to the fridge;
- Melt 200gr Dark Chocolate (+55%) in bain marie or microwave and set aside;
- In a bowl, add 2 Yolks;
- Add 10gr Maizena;
- Mix well;
- Boil 200gr Milk and add it to the bowl with the egg yolks;
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a pan;
- Boil for 30 seconds;
- Add to bowl of melted chocolate;
- Mix well and book;
- In a pan, add 6 egg whites;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- Beat well on medium speed;
- Add 60gr Sugar;
- Beat well until it forms peaks;
- Add this mixture to the chocolate;
- Mix well;
- Fill the forminhas/ramequins;
- Bake at 190 degrees for approximately 9 to 14 minutes;
- Your chocolate soufflé is ready!
