Check out the step-by-step instructions for making your chocolate soufflé using the ingredients from the list below.


  • 50gr Butter

  • 50gr Sugar

  • 200gr Dark Chocolate (+55%)

  • 2 gems

  • 10gr cornstarch

  • 200gr Milk

  • 6 whites

  • 60gr Sugar


  • Grease the ramekins/forminhas with butter and sprinkle with sugar;
  • Take it to the fridge;
  • Melt 200gr Dark Chocolate (+55%) in bain marie or microwave and set aside;
  • In a bowl, add 2 Yolks;
  • Add 10gr Maizena;
  • Mix well;
  • Boil 200gr Milk and add it to the bowl with the egg yolks;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a pan;
  • Boil for 30 seconds;
  • Add to bowl of melted chocolate;
  • Mix well and book;
  • In a pan, add 6 egg whites;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
  • Beat well on medium speed;
  • Add 60gr Sugar;
  • Beat well until it forms peaks;
  • Add this mixture to the chocolate;
  • Mix well;
  • Fill the forminhas/ramequins;
  • Bake at 190 degrees for approximately 9 to 14 minutes;
  • Your chocolate soufflé is ready!
