Shrimp in Pineapple

Ingredients
1 pineapple
300g shrimp
1 bottle of coconut milk
1/2 box of milk cream
1/2 onion
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
100g parmesan cheese
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the pineapple in half.Â
Remove the pulp using a knife and a spoon.Â
Reserve half of the pineapple pulp. - Season the shrimp with the lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.Â
Mix and book. - Chop the onion and peppers.
- In a skillet, water olive oil and give the prawns for 3 minutes on each side.Â
Restire and book. - In the same skillet, add the onion and sauté.
- Add the peppers and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Put the pineapple, mix well.Â
Add coconut milk and sour cream.Â
Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. - Once it boils, add the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes.Â
Finish with chopped parsley. - Stuff the pineapple, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve with white rice.
