This seasoned cassava is that kind of recipe that those who haven’t tried it don’t know what they’re missing!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of cassava

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • 1/2 tablespoon rosemary

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, cook the chopped and peeled cassava with enough water to cover it and add salt only when it starts to soften.
  • Put the butter or margarine in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic and brown, stirring constantly.
  • Add rosemary and cooked cassava, mix well and fry on both sides until lightly golden.
  • Turn off the heat when the cassava is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the recipe is ready.
