Ingredients
500 grams of cassava
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 tablespoon rosemary
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a pan, cook the chopped and peeled cassava with enough water to cover it and add salt only when it starts to soften.
- Put the butter or margarine in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic and brown, stirring constantly.
- Add rosemary and cooked cassava, mix well and fry on both sides until lightly golden.
- Turn off the heat when the cassava is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the recipe is ready.
