Sausage Medallion at Air Fryer

These sausage medallions are great both as a side dish and as an appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of Tuscan sausage

  • 12 slices of bacon

  • 12 toothpicks

  • Water

Directions

  • Place the sausage sections in a pan and add water until covered.
  • Bring to a boil and, after boiling, cook the sausages for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the wedges in half, wrap each one with a slice of bacon and insert toothpicks.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180º₢ for 5 minutes and place the medallions.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, turn the pieces over and bake for another 10 minutes (20 in total).
  • Transfer to a plate and the sausage medallions are ready.
