No one who tries this roast chicken with mustard and mayonnaise forgets its delicious flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of chicken wing drumsticks

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Juice of 1 squeezed lemon

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Cumin to taste

  • Paprika to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash the chicken wing drumsticks well and transfer them to a container.
  • Add lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic cloves, paprika, black pepper, cumin and salt to taste.
  • Mix very well to spread and let rest for 40 to 50 minutes for the chicken to absorb the seasoning.
  • Grease a baking tray with a little oil or olive oil and add the seasoned drumsticks.
  • Bake the drumsticks in a preheated oven at 250º₢ for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the baking tray from the oven and the chicken drumsticks are ready to serve.
