Ingredients
1 kilo of chicken wing drumsticks
3 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Juice of 1 squeezed lemon
Black pepper to taste
Cumin to taste
Paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the chicken wing drumsticks well and transfer them to a container.
- Add lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic cloves, paprika, black pepper, cumin and salt to taste.
- Mix very well to spread and let rest for 40 to 50 minutes for the chicken to absorb the seasoning.
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil or olive oil and add the seasoned drumsticks.
- Bake the drumsticks in a preheated oven at 250º₢ for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
- Carefully remove the baking tray from the oven and the chicken drumsticks are ready to serve.
