Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice
1 egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1/2 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
Chopped parsley and chives to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Frying oil
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the rice, egg, parmesan cheese, wheat flour, baking powder, onion, garlic, parsley, chives, salt and black pepper.Â
Mix everything very well until it forms a homogeneous mass. - With your hands, model small dumplings with the dough, the size you prefer.
- Heat a skillet with enough oil to cover the dumplings.Â
When the oil is hot, fry the dumplings until golden brown. - When the dumplings are ready, remove them with a slotted spoon and let them drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot and bon appetit!
