Learn how to make the perfect chicken stroganoff in just a few steps! 
An easy and delicious recipe to impress your guests.


  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 1 onion

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • half a tablespoon of salt

  • 60ml of cognac or cachaça to flambé (optional)

  • 3 cans of cream

  • 2 spoons of tomato paste

  • 3 spoons of mustard

  • 5 spoons of ketchup

  • half a cup of mushrooms (optional)


  • In a griddle pan or skillet, place the butter and let it melt;
  • Add the chopped onion, garlic, mix and let it fry for 1 minute;
  • Add the chicken cut into cubes, the salt and cook until the broth dries up a little;
  • With the fire off, add the cognac and then flambé carefully;
  • Add the cream, mustard, ketchup, mushrooms, tomato paste, mix well and cook for 2 minutes;
  • Our stroganoff is ready!
