Ingredients
2 whole eggs
50 ml of oil
60ml warm milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cake yeast
3/4 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- Add the eggs, sugar, oil to a container and mix until the ingredients are homogenized.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and yeast, stir again, add the melted butter, milk and stir well.
- Add the vanilla essence, stir until homogenized and transfer the dough to a greased English cake form.
- Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool at room temperature, unmold it if you want and it’s ready to serve.
