This Pullman type cake is to make us repeat the piece!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 50 ml of oil

  • 60ml warm milk

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon cake yeast

  • 3/4 cup (tea) of sugar

Directions

  • Add the eggs, sugar, oil to a container and mix until the ingredients are homogenized.
  • Add the sifted wheat flour and yeast, stir again, add the melted butter, milk and stir well.
  • Add the vanilla essence, stir until homogenized and transfer the dough to a greased English cake form.
  • Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Wait for the cake to cool at room temperature, unmold it if you want and it’s ready to serve.
