See the ingredients used to make your Potato Bread soft and tasty.


  • 500g boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 sachet of dry yeast

  • 1 kg of wheat flour

  • Milk as much as you need


  • In a large bowl, mix the mashed potato with the sugar, oil, eggs and salt until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the yeast and mix well. 
    Then add the wheat flour, little by little, mixing until the dough is consistent.
  • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is soft and elastic.
  • Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. 
    Let it rest for about 1 hour, or until the dough doubles in size.
  • After the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Model the bread in the shape of your preference and place it in a greased roast with oil.
  • Brush the surface of the bread with milk and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool before slicing and serving.
