Pork Roast Beef (With Filet Mignon)

Ingredients
1 piece of pork filet mignon (about 1 kilo)
1/2 teaspoon of chili pepper
4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of Bahian seasoning
1 tablespoon thyme
1 cup of light beer
1 tablespoon of salt
Olive oil to taste
Directions
- Season the pork fillet mignon with thyme, Bahian seasoning, Calabrian pepper, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and light beer.
- Mix well, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
- Place the filet mignon in a large frying pan, brown both sides and transfer to a baking dish with a little olive oil.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢.
- Cut into thin slices and the pork roast is ready to be served with whatever side dish you prefer.
